How we started
The story is simple.
For more than a year, I handwrote the day-to-day life of a Lisbon neighbourhood in yellow notebooks. That practice became an anchor in difficult times and taught me to write in a simple, engaging, and authentic way. Those texts became the chronicle collection “The Yellow Notebook” and, on the occasion of its publication, I created Yellow Bird at the end of 2023. What began as support for literary projects naturally evolved into something more.
